Adobe Creative Cloud services will be secured behind Okta Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Please note this process will require a brief Adobe access outage from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM on 3/14/2026.
What Is Changing
Currently, users access Adobe Creative Cloud by signing in directly to the platform. After this change, Adobe access will require users to multifactor authenticate using Okta.
What to Expect
- Adobe access outage from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM on 3/14/2026.
- When signing in to Adobe Creative Cloud you will be prompted to “Sign in with Enterprise ID” using your UW-Parkside credentials.
- You will be prompted to authenticate using Okta.
- After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to Adobe Creative Cloud and granted access.
How to Prepare
- Backup Your Files! We strongly recommend that you download and save important Adobe files that are currently saved in the Adobe Cloud to your computer and/or external storage device prior to 3/14/2026.
