UW Parkside is proud to offer free access to its extensive wireless network to all students. All you need is a valid UW-Parkside Net-ID and a wireless enabled device. Wireless network access is available in many of the buildings, as well as outdoor areas. This wireless connectivity enables flexibility for accessing the Internet and other Online applications:
eduroam
[Preferred Method]
Secure worldwide federated network access to local wireless service at participating eduroam institutions. - Using this method will provide you with a continuous connection, even between buildings. Just log in (authenticate) one time and connection is automatic. Click connect, then enter your netID (first part of your email) and your password. If you get an error such as "Can't connect to this network" please use the UWP Wireless network or try these applicable guides:

Note that if you change your password, you will need to update your password stored on your device for Eduroam.
UW Parkside Wireless authenticated access
High speed, secure wireless network for UW-Parkside faculty, staff and students. With method you will need to periodically log in to authenticate on campus, especially when walking in between buildings. - Click ''UWP-Wireless". Open your browser and try to go to a website if the login page doesn't automatically pop up. Finally, enter your netID (first part of your email) and your password.

NOTE: The guest network does not work for CANVAS. Secure high speed wireless Web access for sponsored visitors and guests. - Click ''UWP-Guest". Open your browser and try to go to a website if the login page doesn't automatically pop up.
