In addition to supporting the same products we support over the phone, our walk-up help desks specialize in assisting with issues with desktop and laptop computers. Trouble connecting to campus Wifi? Account Locked? Need a password Reset? The TechBar can help! Campus owned computers with supported issues can be checked in for repair, installation, etc.. Please note that due to liability issues we cannot repair non-campus property (personal computers and devices), however we can take a look at it and suggest solutions and courses of action.
