Zoom - Screen Reader Alerts

This document will walk through the process of turning on screen reader alerts in Zoom.

Step 1: Open the Zoom desktop app. If you do not have the Zoom desktop app downloaded, you can download the app from the Zoom website.

Step 2: Click on your profile picture on the top right of the window.

Step 3: Select Settings from the menu.

Step 4: Click on the Accessibility tab on the left hand navigation bar. Scroll down to the Screen reader alerts header and select the alerts that you want enabled by clicking the box to the right of each alert. (Note: You may need to scroll within the Screen reader alerts menu in order to view all of the alert options.)
