Zoom - Change Text Size of Chats & Captions

This document will walk through the process of how to change the size of chat and caption text in Zoom.

Step 1: Open the Zoom desktop app. If you do not have the desktop app for Zoom installed, you can download the app from Zoom's website.

Step 2: Click on your profile icon and choose Settings from the menu.

Click on profile icon and then choose Settings from the list of links

Step 3: Click on the Accessibility tab on the left hand navigation bar in the Settings window.

Step 4: Adjust the Closed Captioning size by moving the Font Size scale accordingly. (There will be example closed captioning text underneath the text color options.) You can also adjust the Chat display size by clicking on the percentage drop-down menu underneath the Chat display size header.
