Zoom - Turn On Automated Captions

This document will walkthrough the process of turning on automated captions in Zoom.

Step 1: Login to the Zoom web portal

Step 2: Click on the Settings link on the left hand navigation bar, then click on the Meeting tab on the top navigation bar on the Settings page.

Step 3: Click the In Meeting (Advanced) link on the inner left hand navigation menu.

Step 4: Click the toggle button to the right of Automated Captions to enable the automated captions. Click the pencil icon to change the language of the captions.
