How to view a UWP Course Evaluation Report

This article contains information for instructors on how to access/view their UWP course evaluation reports.

  1. To view your course evaluation reports from the Blue central page, navigate to the UW-Parkside logins page and select the Blue (Course Evaluations) link.

  2. Login using your UW-Parkside username and password. 

  3. Select a report you wish to view. A new page will open listing all relevant reports.

  4. Select a report from your list.

Important: In the event that you are unable to access one or more of your course evaluation reports, please contact the UW-Parkside Tech Bar via email at servicedesk@uwp.edu.
