Outlook - How to block a sender on Outlook Desktop and 365 (Rangermail)
This article details how to block a sender on outlook and outlook 365
If you receive unwanted emails, follow this guide below to block the sender of said emails. If you believe that the email is Phishing, please send it to the TechBar at servicedesk@uwp.edu
Outlook Desktop
For Outlook Desktop, right click on an offending email
Hover over 'Junk' and then click 'Block sender'. The sender of the email should no longer be able to send you any emails.
Outlook 365 Online (Rangermail)
For outlook 365, right click on an offending email
Hover over 'Security Options' and click 'Block sender'. The sender of the email should no longer be able to send you emails.
