How to install Microsoft Outlook on a mobile device

Before adding the outlook app to your mobile device, the following criteria must be met:

You have an active UW-Parkside email account.
You're mobile device is enrolled in Okta. Click on the following link for additional information: Okta Enrollment Instructions

Download/install Microsoft Outlook: iPhone App | Android App
Once Outlook is installed on your device, open the app and click on the Add Account button.
Enter your UW-Parkside email address, then click on the Add Account button.
Select Work or school account.
Enter your UWP Password, then click on the Verify button.
From the list of MFA security methods, select Get a push notification.
When prompted, click Yes, It's me.
