All UW-Parkside employees who learn about an incident or threat of
child abuse or neglect in the course of their employment are required to
immediately report child abuse and neglect in person or by telephone to
one of the following:
- UW-Parkside Police Department, 901 Wood Road, Tallent Hall, Kenosha, WI 53141; (262) 595-2455.
- Kenosha County Department of Human Services, 8600 Sheridan Road, Suite 200, Kenosha, WI 53143-6512; Office Hours: (262) 605-6582, After Hours: (262) 657-7188
- Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department, 1000 55th Street, Kenosha, WI 53140; (262) 605-5100
If the reported abuse or neglect involves UW-Parkside, the UW-Parkside Police & Public Safety and the reporting employee must immediately notify the Dean of Students and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Any employee may request assistance from his or her supervisor in making this report. The Dean of Students will consult with the UW-Parkside Police & Public Safety and the UW System Office of General Counsel, if it involves potential criminal conduct or any potential sexual misconduct."

- The training will take approximately 30 to 60 minutes to complete.
- The training includes audio so please be sure to have speakers or headphones available.
When you are finished with the training course, you will be given an opportunity to download a certificate of completion.
Please print the certificate of completion and turn it into your supervisor.
