Network drives move to read-only on May 22, 2026!

The countdown has begun! Don't snooze or you'll lose (your files)!

On Friday, May 22, 2026, all remaining network drives (F,J,I, and M) will be transitioned to read-only access. Users will continue to have the ability to view and download documents; however, creating, modifying, or adding files will no longer be permitted. After the drive transition, all active employees will be given access the new UW-Parkside Intranet on Monday, June 15, 2026.

In preparation for the intranet launch in June, users are strongly encouraged to download/save all pertinent content from the aforementioned drives as soon as possible.

Also on Monday. June 15, 2026, all network drives (F,J,I, and M) will be permanently removed. Once they are removed, employees will no longer have access to the drives and files contained within.
