Network drives move to read-only on May 22, 2026!

The countdown has begun! Don't snooze or you'll lose (your files)!

Following the upcoming network drive transition on 5/22/26, all active employees will be given access the new UW-Parkside Intranet. In preparation for the aforementioned items, all pertinent content from J and F drives should be moved to the intranet document library as soon as possible. Note: Network drive files can still be viewed and/or moved after they've been transitioned to a read-only state. 

Additional Timeline Information...

This summer (Date TBD), the J, F, M, and I network drives (including all files and folders) will be permanently removed. Once the drives are removed, employees will no longer have access to the drives and files contained within.
