We’re adding an extra layer of security to protect your UW–Parkside account.
When using Okta Verify Push for multi-factor authentication (MFA), you may occasionally be asked to complete a number challenge on your mobile device. This added step will help confirm that the login attempt is legitimate, therefore providing an additional layer of security for your account.
The new Okta number challenge will not appear for every login. It will only be required when Okta detects that extra verification is necessary to ensure your account’s security.
