Upcoming Change to Microsoft's Licensing Structure

Impending change to Microsoft’s O365 licensing structure to impact retired and emeritus staff .
Beginning on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, retired staff members will no longer have access to use O365 desktop or mobile applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and others. However, retired staff will retain access to Office 365 online services, including Outlook on the web (OWA), OneDrive, and other web-based tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
