Office 365 - How to Access Microsoft Online Applications

This article contains instructions on how to access Microsoft Office 365 online applications such as, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and more.

Important information for Retired and Emeritus staff:

Beginning on August 27, 2024, retired and emeritus staff members will no longer have access to use Office 365 desktop or mobile applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and others. Retired and emeritus staff members will however, retain access to Office 365 online services, including Outlook on the web (OWA), OneDrive, and other web-based tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

We understand the importance of these tools for staying connected and managing documents, which is why UW-Parkside is committed to providing continued access to online versions of these services. This change ensures compliance with our licensing agreements while still allowing retired staff to utilize essential productivity tools online.
