• Review Network Drive content 

• Identify files that must be kept

• Begin moving content to the Intranet

🔒 5/22/26 - J and F Drives

• Network Drives become view‑only

• No edits or uploads allowed

🌐5/22/26 - Intranet

• Access to intranet will be given to all active employees

• Sites should be built with relevant information employees may need

• Content from J and F drives should move to intranet Document library if needed by others

⛔6/26/26 - J, F, M, I Drive removal

• All remaining Network Drives will be removed from campus devices and access removed

• You will not be able to access the files from your own device
