How to access/submit a Service Request via the CTS Service Catalog

This article contains step-by-step instructions on how access the CTS service catalog, as well as how to submit a support ticket.

CTS Service Catalog Access

  1. From the UW-Parkside Logins page, click on Ivanti.

  2. Sign in/authenticate using your UW-Parkside Username and Password.
  3. Select the Self Service role, then click on the Submit button.

  4. Click on the Go to Service Catalog tile.

  5. Search PKS to view the available CTS service request forms.
