To access and download proof of FERPA Training Completion, please follow these instructions:

1. Naviagte to Workday through the uwp.edu logins page, or the Okta Dashboard
   
   
   
   
2. Sign into Workday using your Parkside credentials
3. At the top right, click your profile icon
   
   
   
   
4. Click "View Profile" from menu
   
   
   
   
5. Click "Career" from left menu
   
   
   
   
6. Choose "Learning" in the top menu to display your learning history
   
   
   
   
7. In your Learning History section, find the "UWS - FERPA" Training and click the magnifying glass in the "Learning Record" column.
   
   
   
   
8. Choose the "View printable version (PDF)" icon at the top right 
   
   
   
9. Click "Download" to download PDF copy of completed FERPA Training
   
   
   The PDF file will go to your downloads on your browser.
