Written Instructions

Read these instructions to learn how to cancel an appointment through the Navigate360 Student App.

1. Open the Navigate360 Student App. The username and password is the same as your UWP email account. Click Appointments.

2. Click the appointment you wish to cancel.

3. Scroll down, then select Cancel Appointment.

4. Select cancellation reason.

5. Add Comments. Comments are optional.

6. Click Cancel Appointment.

7. You will receive a cancellation notification to your UWP email/calendar account.
