Navigate - Student: How to schedule an appointment
Scheduling an appointment in Navigate is fast and easy! Using Navigate, you can schedule an appointment with your advisor, success coach, career coach, peer mentor, tutor, genders and sexualities center, on-campus housing office. Dean of Students, and more!

Read these instructions to learn how to schedule an appointment using the Navigate360 Student App.

Sign in to the Navigate360 Student App. The username and password is the same as your UWP email account.

Click Appointments.

Click Schedule an appointment.

Select a Category.

Select a Service.

Pick a Date.

Click Find Available Time, then select a time, and select a department or faculty/staff member, if applicable.

Select meeting format: in-person or phone or virtual.

Add comments. Comments are optional.

Opt-in to receive an email reminder and/or a text reminder

Click Schedule. You will receive a calendar invitation to your UWP email account.
