Timing of course enrollment

If you recently added a course via SOLAR, it may take ~24 hours before you'll have access to the course in Canvas. If the course doesn't appear on your Canvas Dashboard within 24 hours of enrollment, contact the UW-Parkside Tech Bar as soon as possible at 262-595-2444 or by email: servicedesk@uwp.edu. 

Course is not hosted in Canvas

Note: Most but not all instructors choose to use Canvas.

Course Format/Type:

• Face-to-face: If your f2f course is missing in Canvas, contact your instructor directly to find out if they intend on using Canvas for the course in question.
• Online/Hybrid: If your Online or Hybrid course is unpublished or missing in Canvas, 1) contact your instructor and 2) reach out to the UW-Parkside Tech Bar as soon as possible at 262-595-2444 or by email: servicedesk@uwp.edu. 

Course is unpublished

It is up to the course instructor to Publish their course(s) in Canvas. If your course is unpublished, you will not have access to it.
