Resolved - A service disruption occurred last night affecting the Google Assignments LTI 1.3 tool for approximately 9 hours. During this period, the "Link Selection" and "Homework Submission" placements were erroneously disabled.

This impacted users by preventing instructors from creating or linking new assignments and blocking students from submitting their work. The issue has since been resolved, and all services for the LTI tool have been fully restored.
