Qualtrics - Alternative Login Instructions
Instructions on how to log into Qualtrics without authenticating via the campus logins page.
Open a browser and navigate to https://login.qualtrics.com.
In the "Username" field, enter your UW-Parkside email address + #uwparkside. [Example: rangerbear@uwp.edu#uwparkside].
Click on the Forgot your password link and then follow the password reset instructions.
Note: This only needs to be done the first time you log in this way. This will not change your uwp credentials or password.
Once you've reset your password, go to https://login.qualtrics.com and log in using your username (as formatted above) and the newly reset password.
For future logins (once the issue has been resolved) you will not need to reset your password.
