How to remove passwords from Mac OS Keychain?
Steps:
  1. Open the Keychain Access app on your Mac.
  2. Click iCloud under Keychains. 
  3. Click Passwords under Category.
  4. Find the password entry on your keychain list. 
  5. Right-click on the password item you want to delete. 
  6. Click Delete on the right-click menu.
  7. Click Delete in the pop-up.
