Qualtrics - Reviewing a Survey
This document details how to review and distribute a Qualtrics survey.
With your survey finished, you are nearly ready to send it out. First, it is important to review your survey.
At the top of your survey, you should see a button that says iQ Score in it. Click on this button to get details about your survey.
If there are any problems in the Severe or Moderate categories, it is a good idea to take another look at the questions involved, especially if the problem relates to usability and accessibility.
Other options you may want to adjust prior to sending your survey out can be found along the top of the survey.
Selecting Look & Feel will allow you to make cosmetic changes to your survey, like changing fonts and colors.
Survey Flow is a visual depiction of how your survey behaves. If you have used any more advanced survey tools, this can be a useful way of reviewing them.
Survey Options includes a number of different settings. Most notably, this is where you can set Survey Protections. Depending on your survey, you may wish to restrict who, when, or how often users can take your survey.
Survey Tools can be used for a variety of different tasks. Many of these are for more advanced uses, and are covered in depth on the Qualtrics Support website.
Collaborate allows you to add other users to your project.
Once you've reviewed your survey, you're ready to distribute it! Please see "Qualtrics - Distribution" for further details.
