Help Desk - Using Microsoft Word Auto Correct
Changing how Microsoft Word formats or corrects your text.
If you need to change how Microsoft Word formats or corrects your text, follow these steps:
Open Microsoft Word
Click on "File"
Click on "Options"
Click on "Proofing Tools"
Click on the "Auto Correct Options" Button
In the "Replace" box, type the word that is being incorrectly replaced and then in the "Replace With" box, type how you want the word to correctly display.
Click the "Replace" button at the bottom
Click "Ok" until you are out of the options.
