Admissions - How do I find a job on campus?

The purpose of this document is to provide information about finding a job on campus.

I want to find a job to help pay for my education. Can you help me?

The best place to begin your search is the UW-Parkside Career Center. There are regular student and Federal Work Study employment opportunities available. You should confirm with the Financial Aid office to determine if you qualify before applying for a Federal Work Study position.

Here at Parkside, you are an integral part of our campus community including our work community.  We strive to provide you with  hands-on, real life experiences that enhance your personal and intellectual development, but are also very convenient and flexible.

What a great opportunity to get to know the university,  meet the staff and help your fellow students.  Who knows,  you might even find your career path through one of our many student employment experiences.   Here are just a few of the departments that regularly hire students:

  • Academic Advising & Career Center
  • Admissions
  • Campus Concierge
  • Campus Technology Services
  • Creative Services
  • Disability Services
  • Dining Services
  • Library
  • Production Services
  • Residence Life
  • Student Center
  • Student Activities
  • Tutoring Services
