CoPilot is Microsoft's AI tool that leverages machine learning and natural language processing to help users with tasks such as, drafting text, generating data insights, creating presentations and more.
When accessing Microsoft Copilot, It's extremely important to recognize/understand the difference in security protections when using Copilot generically on the Web (copilot.microsoft.com) and UW-Parkside Copilot for MIcrosoft 365 via the Microsoft suite of tools provided by UW System.
The generic web version of Copilot (copilot.microsoft.com) is not considered FERPA compliant.
