Navigate - Faculty/Staff: How to view/edit contact details in Navigate
Navigate Instructions for Faculty/Staff
There are two places to view/edit your contact details in Navigate:
User Settings:
1.After logging into Navigate, click your initials (upper right corner)
2.Click User Settings
3.Next, view/edit information in the email signature section
4.Scroll down, then click Save
Availability:
1.After logging into Navigate, click the home icon (left navigation menu)
2.Click My Availability
3.Click Edit
4.A Modify Availability pop up box will appear. Next, view/edit information in the Modify Availability pop up box. Contact details are typically included in the Special Instructions for Student area (within the Modify Availability pop up box)
5.Scroll down, then click Save
