Okta Verify Setup for Windows & Mac

If you haven't already done so, click on the appropriate link below to install Okta Verify on your computer. 

• Windows installer
• Mac installer

Once the application is downloaded/installed, proceed with the instructions below to complete the setup. 

1. Open Okta Verify.
2. Click Get Started.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Next.
   
   
   
   
4. In the New Account text entry field, enter the following url: https://myapps.uwp.edu  > Next.
   
   
   
   You will be prompted to "Check your browser".
   
   
   
   
5. From the browser, enter your UW-Parkside Username or Email > Next. 
   
   
   
   
6. If you've already completed steps 1 and 2 in the Okta enrollment process, the following "Push notification sent" message should appear.
   
   You will then receive a push notification via the Okta Verify app on your mobile device.

7. Check your phone for the push notification > Click Yes, It's Me.
   
   
   
   Setup is complete!
