Navigate - How to view a Case in Navigate: Alert or Hand Raise (instructions for faculty/staff)

Navigate instructions for faculty/staff

If you are assigned a case, you will receive a notification via email.


Written Instructions:

To view a case, login to Navigate, click the Cases icon

To view a case issued from an Alert, click Alert, then click Search (this is the default screen)

To view a case issued from a Hand Raise, click the down arrow, click Hand Raise, then click Search
