Introductory Information

Eligible, Not Enrolled refers to current undergraduate students who are eligible to enroll in classes for next semester, although they haven't yet.

Depending on the time year, the advanced search criteria changes for Eligible, Not Enrolled.

• Before the end of the term, use the advanced search criteria: Expected Graduation Term
• After graduation information has been posted, then use the advanced search criteria: Program Status: Completed

Written Instructions

1. Visit www.uwp.edu
2. Click LOGINS
3. Click Navigate - Faculty/Staff
4. Click Advanced Search (in the left vertical navigation bar)
5. Click Student Information: In the box labeled Category (In Any of these), Select Eligible to Enroll: Spring (Eligible to Enroll: Spring) and click the +
6. Next, in the box labeled Category (In None of these), select the following: Not In Category: Admit Type: Special Non-Degree (Admit Type: Special Non-Degree), Program Status: Completed (Program Status: Completed), Indicator: Student Deceased (Indicator: Student Deceased), Expected Graduation Term : Summer (Expected Graduation Term : Summer), & Academic Standing: Suspended (SUSP) 
7. Click Enrollment History: In the box labeled Enrollment Terms (In Any of these), Select the previous term (for example: Spring 2022-23), then click the + in that same box
8. Click Area of Study: In the box labeled Major (In None of these), select the following: Special Undergrad Prison Educ, UWM Clinical Nursing
9. Next, in the box labeled Enrollment Terms (In None of these), Select the upcoming term (for example: Fall 2023-24)
10. Click Assigned to (if applicable), In the box labeled Student has relationship, Select Advisor  >> Note: additional options are available within this box; also select a specific staff name OR check the box labeled My Students Only
11. Click Search
