Chrome (Mac OSX)

This article gives instructions on clearing cache and stored passwords from Google Chrome on Macs. If you have used Chrome for Parkside log-ins in the past and are experiencing lockouts, we suggest following these steps.

How to Clear Cache on Chrome on Mac OSX

First, open the menu by clicking the Menu Icon (3 dots), located below the “X”. Then, click the option labeled 'settings'

Next, click on 'Security and Privacy', then click Clear browsing data:

Finally, click on the dropdown box labeled 'Time range', and then click all time. Ensure only the middle box is checked, then click 'Clear Data'

Cache Clear, all time, cookies and other site data
