Live Stream/Recording - Full Access

Option 1: Class session(s) Live Streamed > Live Stream Recording(s) automatically posted to associated course in Canvas.

• Instructor submits a live stream request form for an individual class session or for reoccurring class sessions through end of semester
• Instructor would like students to have access to both the synchronous live stream as well as the associated recording(s).
• Live stream and recording(s) are automatically published to associated course in Canvas.

Live Stream Access Only

Option 2: Class session(s) Live Streamed > Live Stream Recording(s) kept private, allowing instructor to share with student(s) as needed. 

• Instructor submits a live stream request form for an individual class session or for reoccurring class sessions through end of semester
• Instructor would like students to have access to the synchronous live stream, however they do not want the students to have access to the associated recording(s).
• All live streams are recorded and saved privately to the instructor's profile. Instructor may distribute recording link(s) as needed. Instructions can be found at How to Share Individual YuJa Videos.

Recording Access Only

Option 3: Class session(s) Recorded > Recordings automatically posted to associated course in Canvas. 

• Instructor submits a live stream request form for an individual class session or for reoccurring class sessions through end of semester
• Instructor would like students to have access to the class recordings, however they do not want the students to have access to a synchronous live stream during class.
• Instructor can still request a private live stream link to distribute as needed.

Option 4: Class session(s) Live Streamed > Live Stream and Recording(s) kept private, allowing instructor to share with student(s) as needed. 

• Instructor submits a live stream request form for an individual class session or for reoccurring class sessions through end of semester
• Instructor would like to keep live streams and recordings private.
• Instructor to distribute live stream and/or recording link(s) as needed. Instructions for sharing recordings can be found at How to Share Individual YuJa Videos.
