How to Troubleshoot SOLAR Access for New Instructors
This article contains troubleshooting steps for resolving SOLAR access issues pertaining to new instructors.
1. Check to see if they have a SOLAR UserID that matches their Staff ID.
2. If they do not, advise the instructor to contact the registrars office at email@example.com. The instructor should also let the Registrar's Office know whether or not they were a former UWP student.
