How to Troubleshoot SOLAR Access for New Instructors

This article contains troubleshooting steps for resolving SOLAR access issues pertaining to new instructors.

1. Check to see if they have a SOLAR UserID that matches their Staff ID.

2. If they do not, advise the instructor to contact the registrars office at The instructor should also let the Registrar's Office know whether or not they were a former UWP student.
