Canvas (Reports) - Reports Available in the DLE

This document lists the default Canvas Account reports available to Digital Learning Environment (DLE) administrators and links to documentation detailing how to use each listed report. Click the links below below to access specific documentation for the listed DLE reports.

If you would like to utilize one of these reports for your UW System institution, reach out to your local Canvas administrator. Canvas reports generate a spreadsheet (CSV file) to be downloaded and used as needed.

Reports Available by Request

The "Student Activity and Performance" report can be enabled by UW System Administration as needed. This reporting option was added to our Canvas instances.

Screenshot shows the Canvas Settings page, with the Reports tab selected. The available reports are listed in a table with three columns: Name, Last Run, and Run Report. About 25 reports are listed.
Canvas reports can be accessed on the Account Settings page.
