How to locate a student list in Navigate
To view your "Student Lists" in Navigate:
Click the down arrow, to the right of "Assigned Students"
OR
Click the "Lists & Saved Items" icon

How to send messages to students using student lists in Navigate

Visit the UWP website, click LOGINS, scroll down, then sign in to Navigate-Faculty/Staff. This will bring you to the Navigate Staff Home screen.

On the Navigate Staff Home screen, in the List Type section, select a student list from the drop-down menu.
- After selecting a student list, choose the students who should receive the message.
- To select specific students, check the box to the left of each student’s name.
- To select all students on the list, check the box next to the Name column at the top of the list. Note: If the list contains more than 100 students, click Select all items to include everyone on the list.
- Click Actions, then select Send a Message to Student. You will have the option to send an email message or a text message. Select Email or select Text. Type your message, scroll down, then click Send Message.

How to add a student to a Student List in Navigate
- After logging into Navigate, visit the student's profile
- Click Add to Student List
- Check the box to select a list or create a new list
- Click Save

How to rename a Student List in Navigate
- After logging in to Navigate, click the icon labeled Lists and Saved Items
- Find the list, click the box to the left of the list name
- Click Actions
- Click Rename
- Edit the name
- Click Save Student List
