Okta Verify Setup for Windows & Mac

This article contains instructions on how to setup Okta Verify on a Mac or Windows PC.

If you haven't already done so, click on the appropriate link below to install Okta Verify on your computer.

Once the application is downloaded/installed, proceed with the instructions below to complete the setup.

Open Okta Verify.
Click Get Started.
Click Next.
In the New Account text entry field, enter the following url: https://myapps.uwp.edu > Next.

You will be prompted to "Check your browser".
From the browser, enter your UW-Parkside Username or Email > Next.
If you've already completed steps 1 and 2 in the Okta enrollment process, the following "Push notification sent" message should appear.

You will then receive a push notification via the Okta Verify app on your mobile device.

Check your phone for the push notification > Click Yes, It's Me.

Setup is complete!
