Updated Russia Toll Numbers Jul 29, 17:00 - Jul 30, 00:00 PDT
Due to a change with our phone carrier, the below Russia phone numbers are being decommissioned.
+749 XXXX 9788
+781 XXXX 8988
For your convenience, we have added two additional Russia Toll numbers:
+749 XXXX 6379
+749 XXXX 6380
You will need to enable the new numbers in the Zoom web portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony) to be made available for use on your account. Currently scheduled meetings for 7/29/22 and onward should be rescheduled, and the new toll numbers will be reflected in newly scheduled meetings. If meeting invites are not updated to reflect the new toll numbers, participants dialing in from Russia will not be able to join using the decommissioned number after 7/29/22. Any newly created meetings scheduled after you’ve enabled the new numbers in your portal will be automatically updated with the new toll number(s) for future invites.
To view your current and new numbers in order to make the above changes, please visit the Zoom web portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony). There you will be able to find all Russia numbers that will remain supported.

Amsterdam Zoom Phone Maintenance: 8/12/2022 Aug 12, 10:00-15:00 PDT
We will be providing an update to Zoom Phone in Amsterdam data center.
Zoom Phone users registered to the Amsterdam data center will be automatically registered in an alternative datacenter when the maintenance window starts. During the maintenance window, a brief disconnection may be experienced and notifications may be missed. If you get disconnected, the system will attempt to reconnect you automatically. If you are a BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) customer, please ensure that your Session Border Controller (SBC) is configured with alternate routing to Zoom’s Frankfurt data center in addition to the Amsterdam data center. During the maintenance window, connectivity to Zoom’s Amsterdam data center will be blocked which will force calls from the Session Border Controller (SBC) to failover to Zoom’s Frankfurt data center. Traffic will continue to be routed through the Zoom Amsterdam data center once the maintenance is completed.
For customers that use hardware phones, the following devices support the alternative datacenter process as described above:
Poly: CCX400, CCX500, CCX600, CCX700, Trio8500, Trio8800, TrioC60, VVX101, VVX150, VVX201, VVX250, VVX300, VVX301, VVX310, VVX311, VVX350, VVX400, VVX401, VVX410, VVX411, VVX450, VVX500, VVX501, VVX600, VVX601, SoundPoint335, SoundPoint650, SoundStation6000
