Outlook - How to block a sender on Outlook Desktop and 365 (Rangermail)

This article details how to block a sender on outlook and outlook 365

If you receive unwanted emails, follow this guide below to block the sender of said emails. If you believe that the email is [Link for document 96816 is unavailable at this time], please send it to the TechBar at servicedesk@uwp.edu

For Outlook Desktop, right click on an offending email

Outlook Desktop - Junk > Block sender

Hover over 'Junk' and then click 'Block sender'. The sender of the email should no longer be able to send you any emails.

For outlook 365, right click on an offending email

Outlook 365 online - Security options > Block sender

Hover over 'Security Options' and click 'Block sender'. The sender of the email should no longer be able to send you emails.
