Classroom Doc Cam Controls

Many classrooms at UW-Parkside are equipped with document cameras. This page illustrates what the controls do on these doc cam devices.

Doc cams in can be used to broadcast over the classroom's projector and/or over a YuJa livestream. In order to switch to the doc cam, you will need to press the Doc Cam button on the touchscreen attached to the classroom's podium computer. The doc cam unit should be located right next to the podium computer. A majority of the classroom doc cams on campus will be the same model as shown in the illustrations below, but some classrooms have alternate models.

The touchscreen control system and the doc cam both need to be powered on in order to use the doc cam.
