This article gives instructions on clearing cache and stored passwords from Internet Explorer on Windows 10. If you have used Internet Explorer for Parkside log-ins in the past and are experiencing lockouts, we suggest following these steps.
HOW TO CLEAR CACHE IN INTERNET EXPLORER
Follow these instructions to clear cache and stored passwords out of your Internet Explorer browser. For additional assistance, call the CTS Help Desk at (262) 595-2444: Monday-Friday (7:45AM-4:30PM).
1. Open the Tools menu by clicking the Tools icon (a gear). A drop-down menu will open. 2. Highlight the "Safety" option and then click "Delete browsing history...". The "Delete Browsing History" menu will open. 3. From the Delete Browsing History window, verify that every single box is checked. Once they are all checked, click "Delete".
