Firefox (Windows 10)

This article gives instructions on clearing cache and stored passwords from Mozilla Firefox on Windows 10. If you have used Mozilla Firefox for Parkside log-ins in the past and are experiencing lockouts, we suggest following these steps.

How to Clear Cache on Firefox in Windows

Open the Menu by clicking the Menu Icon (3 bars), located below the “X”. Then, click the option labeled 'settings'

Next, click 'Privacy & Security' on the left hand sidebar, then scroll to 'Cookies and Site Data'. Click on the button labeled Clear Data:

Ensure Cookies and Site Data is checked, then click the button labeled 'Clear':
