Unable to see Online Course in D2L Instructor has the incorrect "Role" selected in My Courses widget. Please try searching for your online course by selecting "All Roles" or "Online Instructor" from the Role Select Drop Down Menu in the My Courses widget. D2L Support Form
Unable to change the start and/or end date of my course. Instructor is attempting to change the start/end dates of an Online course. Instructors do not have the ability to change course start/end dates for online courses. Is the course for which you are attempting to change the start/end dates an online course?
[YES] Help Desk student submit a D2L Support form on behalf of instructor with requested date info. 
[NO] * Send an email to instructor with a link to the KB resource for Face-2-face course: change start/end date.
