Help Desk - Outlook 2010 Calendar Sharing

The purpose of this document is to instruct users on how to share their Outlook 2010 calendar with another user.

Calendar sharing is a feature in Outlook that will allow you to give someone else access to your calendar. Depending on the permissions that you set, they will be able to see your calendar, or even edit it. This is often used to prevent conflicts in an office, or to give an assistant the ability to see your calendar.

To share your calendar with someone else:

There are many permissions that you can give someone, but here are the two you will most likely use:

Reviewer - this will give the user full description (where, when, etc.) of appointments.
Publishing Editor - this will allowed the user to create and modify any appointments on your calendar
